This agreement between American Legal Referrals, known hereafter as ALR and the Law Firm_______________________________ known hereafter as "Law Firm", represents the only agreement between the parties with respect to advertising on the ALR website.

Advertising Fees (Pay Per Performance): The Law Firm agrees to pay advertising or pay per performance fees to ALR in the amount of $25.00 for each valid inquiry sent to the Law Firm via the Law Firm's online submission form.  

ALR accepts only 5 free listings per state per practice area.

Each valid inquiry sent to Law Firm via the Law Firm's online listing form will be for the following state coverage area.  If you cover the entire state, please indicate "entire state":

The Law Firm agrees to pay ALR $25.00 for every valid inquiry request received through the results of advertising and promoting the Law Firm on our website. 

Communication by Inquiry Applicants: All inquirers that transmit their information to ALR are making a conscious decision to seek out an attorney for the practice area of law as indicated.  Nothing was promised, paid or given to any inquiring applicant by ALR in order to receive the communicated information contained in any such inquiry. All inquiries received by the Law Firm and ALR are communicated via the applicants own free will and conscious decision to seek legal help. 

Transmission of Referrals and Returns: ALR will only transmit inquiries via email to the Law Firm. ALR accepts returns for invalid inquiries based on the following criteria: Phone Number Incorrect, Out of Service or Disconnected - False or Misleading Information -  Duplicate Inquiry. All other reasons for inquiry returns must be approved by ALR before any credit is given to the Law Firm. Each inquiry sent from the Law Firm's online submission form is only transmitted to the Law firm and ALR. It is not sent to any other law firm.  All inquiries are transmitted to law firms in real time as they are submitted. 

Bar Association & Better Business Bureau: You the Law Firm, declare by executing this advertising agreement with ALR that to the best of your knowledge you and your Law Firm are in good standing with your state bar association and the better business bureau and that you agree to all parameters as stated in this advertising agreement.

Payments: ALR will invoice the Law Firm for all advertising (pay per performance) fees  on the first of each month for all inquiries forwarded via the Law Firm online submission form during the previous month. All advertising fees are to be paid to ALR via PayPal as indicated on the site no later than the 10th day of the current month.  Should ALR not receive the fees due by the due date, ALR will deactivate the Law Firm's online submission form until paid in full. If not paid within 30 to 60 days, ALR will place the Law Firm account with a collection provider for immediate collection. The Law Firm may also be subject to a derogatory credit listing on their commercial credit rating. 

Cancellation: It is fully understood that this agreement may be cancelled at anytime by either party for any reason whether specific to a breach of any section of this agreement or any reason deemed appropriate by canceling party. Upon cancellation, ALR will immediately remove the listing, firm profile and submission form of the Law Firm from the ALR Network.
